Key Responsibilities:
Looking for 4+ yrs of experience in Install and set up the OpenText Intelligent Capture (OTIC) platform in a client-server environment.
Install and configure Remote Scan Stations for end users.
Develop and configure batch classes, templates, and forms based on business requirements.
Implement extraction methods, classification logic, validation rules, and document separation logic to ensure accurate and efficient data capture.
Contribute to the migration of batch classes and jobs from Kofax Total Agility (KTA) or similar document capture systems to OpenText Intelligent Capture.
Work on export connectors and integrate with downstream systems such as OpenText Content Server, SAP, or other ECM platforms.
Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot production issues related to capture workflows and processing.
Technical Skills Required:
Hands-on experience with OpenText Intelligent Capture (OTIC) or OpenText Captiva
Strong knowledge of document capture, OCR/ICR technologies (e.g., ABBYY, Tesseract, etc.)
Experience in configuring Recognition, Classification, Validation, Export, and Document Routing modules
Proficient in writing scripts (VBScript / JavaScript) used within OTIC for advanced logic
Understanding of batch classes, workflows, and templates in Intelligent Capture
Knowledge of database systems (SQL Server / Oracle) and basic query writing
Familiarity with web services / APIs for integration.
Preferred Certifications (Optional):OpenText Certified Specialist – Intelligent Capture
