Salesforce Administrator – Senior
- Experience with Salesforce administering Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and/or CPQ
- In-depth experience with analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- Experience with creating Copado quality gates, automated back deployments, and general experience and understanding
- Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes
- Manage security, users, roles, profiles, groups, queues, sharing rules and other setup options
- Handle all basic administrative functions including reports and dashboards, workflows, flows, and other routine tasks
- Manage third party vendors – implementation, troubleshooting, new release testing etc.
- Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification preferred
