Pega BA – C2H

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (preferably in BPM / workflow tools)

  • Hands-on experience working on Pega PRPC / Pega Platform projects

  • Strong understanding of BPM, Case Management, and Decisioning concepts

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

  • Proficiency in requirement documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories)

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to translate business language into technical requirements

  • Must Have CPBA
