Observability/OTEL Customer Success Engineer Role – Hyderabad/ banaglore

  • Guidance for the adoption of the Observability platform across business domains. Targets – 2026: 40% Adoption of the E2E Observability across business domains, 2027: 80% Adoption of the E2E Observability across business domains.
  • Support for onboarding activities, working with OTEL data and creating queries, dashboards, trace analysis, and defining SLOs and corresponding alerts.
  • Coordination with Cyber Defense to leverage observability telemetry for security use cases.
  • Creation of a migration roadmap that:
    • Lists AppInsights features not yet available in OTEL.
    • Defines workarounds or acknowledges gaps.
    • Establish timelines for closing gaps or providing alternative solutions.
