- Good knowledge and hands-on experience in deploying and managing OpenStack Cloud environments.
- Strong understanding and working experience with Linux OS installation/hardening, storage drivers (NAS, SAN), virtualization concepts, networking booting, systemd, and time synchronization.
- Proficiency in Ansible, Python, and Bash scripting for automation; experience working with REST APIs and JSON/YAML manipulation.
- Familiarity with observability and operations tools: logging, metrics (Prometheus/Grafana), alerting, capacity planning, and backups.
- Expertise in high availability and resilience: clustering, load balancing, failure domains, disaster recovery planning.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills: log analysis, packet captures, upgrade and patch procedures.
Good to have: Storage skills for Dell PowerFlex (ScaleIO) and Dell PowerStore.
