6 to 10 years of experience in SuccessFactors with at least 3 End-to-End
Implementations in Employee Central (Core) and 3+ Support projects.
• Required: Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (Core).
• Good to Have: Certification in SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Management
• Experience in configuring Foundation Objects, Corporate Data Model, and Country-
Specific Data Models.
• Hands-on experience in Position Management, Global Assignment, and Concurrent
Employment.
• Working knowledge of Role-Based Permission (RBP) frameworks, including
permission groups, roles, and target populations.
• Working knowledge of Story Reports (People Analytics) or Advanced Reporting
• Good experience in Business Rules (MDF), Workflows, Event Reasons, and
Derivation Rules for automated data changes.
• Experience with Metadata Framework (MDF) for creating custom objects and UI
Screen Designer.
• Experience translating complex client business rules (e.g., pay structures, leave
eligibility) into technical business requirements.
• Experience in SF EC Time Off or SF EC benefits is a must
• Good to have: Working knowledge of integrating/configuring SAP Work zone or SAP
IAS
• Experience in HRIS Sync and integration with downstream modules like Performance
& Goals, Recruitment, and Compensation.
• Good experience with Data Migration tools (Import Foundation Data, Import
Employee Data) and ensuring data integrity during cutover.
• Experience in Point-to-Point (PTP) integration or EC Payroll (ECP) integration or BIB
integration at a basic level
• Experience in Integration with 3rd Party vendors using Integration Center or CPI.
• Able to work independently and with others; self-directed; take initiative to solve
problems and overcome roadblocks. Results-oriented
• Coach and mentor new hires and work with them on the Knowledge transfer process
to bring them to speed on all HR Core & Time or Benefit management
processes
• Experience defining, implementing, and supporting business processes
• Experience with system design, configuration, customization, integration, testing
and Support.
• Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and can communicate clearly and
concisely
• Strong executive presence and ability to interact with Customer Top Management
