Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for production and inventory processes within manufacturing or related industries.
• Analyze existing business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements aligned with industry best practices.
• Work closely with solution architects and functional consultants to translate business requirements into system capabilities.
• Clearly articulate process flows, dependencies, and operational nuances to both business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Support workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and documentation of process maps and SOPs.
• Provide guidance on KPIs, compliance standards, and operational efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of processes into digital solutions.
3. Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 8–10 years of hands-on experience in production planning, shop floor operations, and inventory management.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, material management, and supply chain principles.
• Ability to articulate complex business processes in a clear and structured manner.
• Experience in process optimization, lean manufacturing, or similar methodologies is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with ERP concepts (non-SAP) or other digital transformation initiatives is desirable.
4. Industry Requirement:
• Must have experience in Industrial Machinery & Components (IM&C) or Automotive industry.
5. Preferred Background:
• Preference will be accorded to female applicants.
• Candidates with MBA in Supply Chain Management will be preferred.
• APICS certification will be an added advantage.
• Industry experience in discrete or process manufacturing, automotive, engineering, or similar sectors.
• Exposure to digital tools for production and inventory management (MES, WMS, etc.).
