Expert Appian knowledge (SAIL, Records, Process Modeling, Sites, Integrations).

Strong BPM and workflow automation concepts.

Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery.

Solid understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, and cloud environments.

Leadership and communication skills for leading teams and interacting with stakeholders.

Appian certifications (A-Score Level 2 or 3 preferred).

5–10+ years of Appian development experience.

Background in software engineering or computer science.
