| We are looking for an 5 to 8 years of experienced Appian professional to design, develop, and implement BPM solutions using Appian and optimize Appian modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Appian development, process automation, improving performance, and ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, Implement and optimize Appian applications including interface, rules, integrations, Records, Sites, Reports, and Process Models.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Implement Appian best practices for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Integrate Appian with external systems using Web APIs, RDBMS, REST/SOAP APIs and third-party services.
- Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of Appian applications.
- Document technical designs and provide support during UAT and production.
- Ensure performance tuning, scalability, and best practices across Appian applications.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in Appian development.
- Strong knowledge of Appian components: SAIL, Process Models, Records, Reports, Sites.
- Experience with Appian Plug-ins, Appian RPA, and Appian Connected Systems.
- Proficiency in Java, SQL, and Web Services (REST/SOAP).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred
- Appian Level 2 Certification or higher.
Optional
- Experience with Appian Cloud Administration and Appian RPA.
