Technical Expertise :
- Deep RHOCP/Kubernetes Knowledge: Extensive, hands-on experience designing,
deploying, and managing large-scale Red Hat OpenShift (RHOCP) or native Kubernetes
clusters.
- Containerization: Mastery of container technologies (Docker/Podman) and container
runtime security.
- Cloud Platforms: Expertise in one or more major public cloud providers (AWS, Azure,
GCP) and/or on-premise virtualization/private cloud technologies (e.g., VMware,
OpenStack).
- Automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Proficient in configuration management
and automation tools such as Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform, Terraform,
Puppet, or Chef.
- Operating Systems: Strong background in Linux administration (Red Hat Enterprise
Linux or similar).
- Networking: In-depth knowledge of container networking (CNI), software-defined
networking, load balancing, and ingress/egress controls.
- Data and Storage: Experience with OpenShift storage solutions (e.g., OpenShift Data
Foundation/Ceph) and integration with external enterprise storage.
8+ years of progressive experience in IT architecture, with 4+ years focused on
cloud-native architecture, Kubernetes, and/or OpenShift.
- Certification in relevant technologies is highly desirable, such as:
○ Red Hat Certified Architect (RHCA), with a focus on OpenShift.
○ Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or Certified Kubernetes Application
Developer (CKAD).
○ AWS Certified Solution Architect, Microsoft Azure Architect, or Google Cloud
Architect.
