BixFix Automation Engineer

·        Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python, Ansible, Terraform or cross plane ).

·        Knowledge of network protocols and security concepts.

·        Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

1. Collaborate with IT teams to identify areas where BigFix can improve efficiency, expedite patching solutions, security, and compliance.
2. Create and maintain BigFix policies to automate tasks such as software deployment, patch management, configuration management, and security updates.
3. Deploy BigFix agents to endpoints and manage their configuration.
4. Diagnose and resolve issues related to BigFix deployments and policies.
5. Generate reports on compliance, patch status, and other relevant metrics.
6. Integrate BigFix with other IT systems and tools.
7. Stay updated on the latest BigFix features and best practices to optimize solutions.
