- 5+ years of relevant work experience in an insights generation role (data analyst, business analyst)
- Proficiency in SQL to retrieve data from tables using aggregations, window functions, roll-ups, etc
- Experience in designing and maintaining data models and structures
- Ability to create dashboards using BI tools like Tableau
- Understanding of Big data concepts, including data engineering concepts like ETL, how to deploy a Prod Pipeline, Optimizations, and Orchestrations & AWS/GCP
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including SCRUM and KANBAN
- Strong analytical skills to translate business requests into actual technical requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exposure to Marketing data is good, but not primary. Any data domain like Website, Ecom, Sales, Finance, and Product Data is fine
