MVS SMP/e: Experience with MVS SMP/e for software management.
Storage Management: Knowledge of z/OS storage management tools and techniques.
Security: Understanding of z/OS security principles and practices, including RACF.
Troubleshooting: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve system issues.
Performance Tuning: Knowledge of z/OS performance monitoring tools and techniques.
Backup and Recovery: Understanding backup and recovery procedures and practices.
Scripting: Proficiency in scripting languages like JCL, COBOL, and/or PL/SQL.
