Having good knowledge in various Observability tools including AppDynamics, BSM, Evolven, Splunk, Aternity, Grafana, Prometheus.
Customer interactions and escalations management
Good Problem Solving and Communication Skills.
Willingness to upskill in related technology as per project need.

Coordination with various Monitoring teams.
