- 5 to 15 + Years of experience in Dynamics 365 as Retail & POS Technical Consultant.
- Strong proficiency in .NET and experience with relevant libraries and frameworks
- Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and communicate challenges or issues proactively.
- Performance Optimization: Lead efforts in tuning batch jobs, data entities, and retail transactions for high-volume environments.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and clients to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Documentation & Governance: Maintain technical documentation, contribute to solution governance, and support pre-sales activities when needed.
- Strong command of X++, C#, TypeScript, SQL, SSRS, and Azure services
- Experience with Retail POS architecture, offline sync, hardware station integration
- Proven track record in leading technical teams and delivering enterprise retail solutions
