| Design, build, and manage marketing automation campaigns within SFMC, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, and Cloud Pages. Develop AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL-based solutions for dynamic personalization, data manipulation, and automation. Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Collaborate with marketing, design, and CRM teams to execute personalized, data-driven campaigns. Create and maintain reusable templates, components, and documentation. Manage data imports, audience segmentation, and campaign analytics using SFMC Data Extensions and Contact Builder. Integrate SFMC with external systems (Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud, APIs, etc.) as needed. Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for optimization. Skills: Experience with Journey Builder and advanced automation. Knowledge of Marketing Cloud Connect for Salesforce CRM integration. Exposure to marketing analytics tools and A/B testing. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. |
