Required Technical Skill Set :
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of experience in testing ServiceNow applications, preferably in an Agile environment.
- Proficiency in testing methodologies, techniques, and tools, with experience in both manual and automated testing.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow development concepts and ATF
- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, SPM, or CSM is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is a plus but not required.
Must-Have :
- Experience in developing Manual and automation test scripts with CYARA
- Hands-on experience in CYARA and should have extensive experience in using Data driven, Cruncher/Cruncher Lite, Tags and running campaigns.
- Hands-on experience in preparing quality test cases
- Experience in Automated IVR Functional Testing
- Manual functional and acceptance testing

- JavaScript test authoring
- Appium mobile test authoring (iOS & Android)
- Git version control
- Test evidence collection and reporting
