ServiceNow CMDB Developer

Familiarity with configuration management tools such as ServiceNow CMDB, DevOps concepts including Continuous Integration / Continuous Development (CI/CD)

Prior experience with technology infrastructure projects involving datacenter, server, storage, network components.

B.S. in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, related degree or equivalent work experience.

Familiarity with Information Security Governance, Risk and Compliance Information Security or IT Audit.

Ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of various compliance and regulatory areas or the risk exposure, risk reporting and handling of risk events..

Preferred Key Skills

• Foundational knowledge of Cloud Computing Technologies (AWS and Microsoft Azure).
• Service Now GRC Module, Reporting Module, Technology Controls Testing.
• Possess strong oral and written communication skills along with refined presentation skills and the ability to work with other departments and varying levels of management, including senior leadership.
• Be able to engage at all levels of the organization to organize, drive and communicate results.
• Risk assessment and management methodologies.
• Defining problems, collecting, and analyzing data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions
• Questions status quo and navigates through roadblocks.
