Role Description:
- Integrations: Hands on experience with APIs – REST, SOAP, Scripted REST API, MID Server Integration, and expertise on using Integration Hub
 - Expert in Service Mapping who can understand the relationships between applications, servers, and infrastructure components.
 - Experience on Cloud Discovery such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
 - Event Management to integrate with monitoring tools for real-time monitoring
 - Orchestration workflows to automate routine tasks
 - Expertise on Performance Analytics – KPIs, Indicator Creation Scorecards and Widgets
 
Must-Have:
- Good competency in Configuring and customize on modules ITSM, of ServiceNow depending on the business Requirement.
 - Design and implement workflows, business rules, UI Actions and Client Scripts to automate complex business processes.
 - Experience on Catalog Development and Flow Designer creation.
 - Must Possess hands on experience on integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers.
 - Expertise on Incident Management – Incident Resolution and Escalation Process, SLA Management
 - Problem Management – Root Cause Analysis Problem Resolution and Workarounds
 - Change Management – Risk Assessment and Impact Analysis, Change Planning and Scheduling to Change Implementation expertise on the Change management Lifecycle.
 - Strong Understanding on Knowledge Management.
 - Must have a Hands-on experience with Java Script and ServiceNow Scripting Language
